Pool Decks are often finished with concrete or stamped concrete that is prone to cracking and discoloration. Often pool decks are finished with a solid color (paint like) acrylic material that overtime cracks, chips and lifts due to moisture, creating a hazard and unsightly. In other applications, a thin coat of acrylic cement is placed on top of the concrete and then stained and sealed. Once again, this acrylic cement lifts due to moisture. We can grind and remove this material, level any surfaces as needed for proper drainage and install an epoxy system that is highly decorative and bonds to concrete. The added benefit is that epoxy is somewhat flexible and can move a little without cracking. We can install an accent color border around the entire length of the pool deck to give it an elegant look.
